ORDERS
By accepting our terms and conditions, a written and binding agreement is entered upon confirmation of order between the customer and Artist & Print. Once an order is completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation of the purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in the shopping cart are not reserved before completion and may be purchased by other customers. In case of errors, product quality issues or omissions in the order, Artist & Print reserve the right not to complete and cancel the order.
PAYMENTS
Artist & Print accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. When using a debit or credit card as payment method the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to Artist & Print using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection, preventing any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information. Artist & Print does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. Prices are without shipping. Artist & Print reserves the right to change prices at any time. All prices are shown in EUR.
TAXES AND DUTIES / LOCAL LEVIES
Local charges such as import duties and sales taxes may occur depending on your country / region. These charges are on the customer's expense.
VAT EXEMPT PURCHASES (FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU)
Artist & Print offers tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges.
Please note, local customs authorities may hold your package for review which may cause delays. In this instance, Artist & Print is not responsible for any delays or charges given by local tax authorities.
RETURN POLICY
All artworks sold are custom orders and are considered final sale. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions or require assistance, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Purchases of books can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused & sealed. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s). Return shipping costs will not be refunded. All original packaging with must be intact. Returns which do not comply with these criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.
WARRANTY / CLAIMS
For any warranty claims, please contact our customer service at info@artistandprint.com and supply us with details about the defect. Please include your order details and pictures of the faulty item. You can complain up to two weeks after discovering / determining a claimable defect in the goods. In case the customer does not agree with Artist & Print handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with Artist & Print, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk).
PRIVACY
Artist & Print treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. No information will be disclosed to third parties.
